"partial Binding Information Was Supplied For An Assembly" Log4net
9 I really need help on this because I lost my hopes to correct the problem. I am using Office Communications Server 64bit libraries. There are 3 dlls I use in the project, Microsoft.Rtc.Collaboration.dll, Microsoft.Rtc.Internal.Media.dll and SIPEPS.dll. I am not sure about Microsoft.Rtc.Collaboration but Internal.Media and SIPEPS are both x64. On the GAC assembly list Rtc.Collaboration shows MSIL under Processor Arhitecture and the others show AMD64. My project invalid assembly platform or contenttype in file (hr = 0x8007000b). compiles without errors with these references but at runtime I receive the error: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Rtc.Internal.Media' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. I tried compiling the project with CPU set to Any CPU but nothing changes. With both under x64 and x86 setting I receive this error. Any help is appreciated. I've added an ASP.net forms application to this solution, and I would like to add a reference to the WinForms app to the ASP.net app. My WebApp also targets 64 bit and builds correctly, but when I run it I get: 'Could not load file or assembly 'Oracle.DataAccess' or one http://stackoverflow.com/questions/18700743/target-platform-and-could-not-load-file-or-assembly-error of its dependencies'. I also made sure that the Oracle.DataAccess are the new 64-bit version. Any ideas? The Winforms application (that has the reference to Oracle.DataAccess) are running 100%, so that tells me the problem might not be with the dll version. After I added supportfor a custom culture as per http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms172469.aspx, I am receiving an error message when trying to run my webforms application on my local IIS (Windows 7 Pro). My application builds and publishes Ok., without any reported errors, but when I try to load it from mi local IIS, I get the "Could not load file or assembly" error message. I have read several posts on this forum about the mentioned error message and could not find a solution to my case. Can any one help?
