Error Failed To Reallocate

when you run on 16 procs you willl need about 1Gb per MPI proc (which is a core). If your system is 8 cores/node and you only have 8Gb per node, then you will be in trouble. And the memory size LAMMPS prints out is unrecovered read error auto reallocate failed actually an underestimate, as it doesn't count everything (e.g. extra memory in 2d arrays for glib error failed to allocate pointers). Failed to reallocate memory for a memory file. Solution Memory uploads should http://lammps.sandia.gov/threads/msg18983.html not be used when large files are expected to be uploaded, as the entire file is kept in the server's memory during the https://support.persits.com/show.asp?code=PS080118167 upload. If AspUpload fails to allocate sufficient memory to store the file(s) being uploaded, the error above occurs. Regular uploads (Upload.Save is called with a path argument) should be used whenever possible, especially if the uploaded files exceed 10 MB or so. I use NetBeans for other things (namely php), but have just found it easier to use eclipse for android stuff. What in your opinion are the benefits over eclipse? –SBerg413 Aug 28 '11 at 19:12 3 I just never used Eclipse before, but I don't know why, I hate it, the reason, it's even complicated in GUI vs NetBeans, but for the moment I am downloading it, to try, if the problem disappears, I will make Android stuff only in it. –Denees Aug 28 '11 at 19:32 47 Wow, that comment was a comma massacre. Anyway, make sure your AVD is using an appropriate amount of RAM (i.e., enough to run but not more than your computer can handle). This is set when you create the virtual device. –Glendon Trullinger Aug 28 '11 at 19:52 2 Just for reference, I
