pretty sure it's a block at one of the firewalls between me and my subordinate site - but not having an easy time convincing the infrastructure folks of that. Weirder still, the SADR is talking to the EPO to get policy and DAT updates. That leads me to believe one specific port is being blocked.Quick reference, here are the ports my server is configured for:Agent-to-server communication port:

I got the following as the error message when I send the test e-mail: SMTP -> ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Connection timed out (110) SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host. I've found the same issue with the module SMTP Authentication Support. Any idea what could have caused this? Any good suggestions for debugging this?Files: CommentFileSizeAuthor #16 Screenshot from 2016-10-07 13:08:55.png76.89 KBsaif-ur-rehman Comments Comment #1 smk-ka CreditAttribution: smk-ka commented May 21, 2010 at 7:06pm Connection time-out means the mail server cannot be reached anymore. If the mail server is different from your web server (i.e. not localhost) I'd check with your hosting provider whether they enabled some sort of firewall that blocks connections on the SMTP port (port 25 usually).
