Open Terminal, then switch to the location where you copied the install.sh file.2. Run these commands, giving root credentials when requested:sudo chmod +x install.shsudo ./install.sh ‑i"Installation succesful"But if i trie to collect the poperties and send to server with ./cmdagent -P i got always this ERROR: ***Failed to send command to McAfee Agent, Please ensure McAfee Agent is running ***. I've checked whether agent is failed to generate running with ps -eaf | grep cma and it looks like everything is OK.Restarting Mac, restarting cma, reinstallation...nothing works for me.It would be very nice to get some solution for this problem because i have no more ideas. Many thanks ind advance! 1794Views Tags: none (add) This content has been marked as final. Statements stand on their own and do not return arguments; they are used for performing stand-alone work like importing. Rvalues return values and can only be used in a statement requiring a value, such as an assignment or a case statement. Functions execute on the Puppet master. They do not execute on the Puppet agent. Hence they only have access to the commands and data available on the Puppet master host. Here are the functions available in Puppet: alert Log a message on the server at level alert. Type: statement assert_type Returns the given value if it is of the given data type, or otherwise either raises an error or executes an optional two-parameter lambda. The function takes two mandatory arguments, in this order: The expected data type. A value to compare against the expected data type. Example: Using assert_type $raw_username = 'Amy Berry' # Assert that $raw_username is a non-empty string and assign it to $valid_username. $valid_use
