I have not changed any of my browser settings. failed to load resource 500 I have attached a screenshot (after opening/closing Developer Tools window four times): This issue is tangentially similar to Stack Overlow post Failed to load resource under Chrome except that it only occurs when I "Inspect Element" in Chrome. Here are the details I have: To the best of my ability I undid everything I did since last night (when I did not have this error) and the error persists. When I remove all pre- PHP code, the error disappears. When I only remove all the pre- PHP code except the error returns. Since the error seems to involve PHP, I checked my error log, but there are no notices, warnings, nor errors. When I close the Developer Tools window and then open up the window without a page reload, the number of errors increments by one each time. So now, any suggestions ?? Mdpproduction 2 years ago XoneFobic 2 years ago Route::get('/') pointing to the correct controller/code? But if it's only Chrome and not any other non-webkit browser. Maybe a 3rd-party chrome plugin is causing an loading error? Mdpproduction 2 years ago Only with Chrome, desktop http://laravel.io/forum/02-07-2014-chrome-error-failed-to-load-resource and mobile version. I dont know how to explain this problem. The site is located on an international domain (.uk), i'm in Italy, I do not know whether it would be relevant. And the same problem happened with chrome mobile. I am very frustrated by this XoneFobic 2 years ago But loading it in for example firefox or IE it loads just fine? (Have to have a base to try and hone in on the problem) Mdpproduction 2 years ago Solution Yes, sorry you was right before, was a routing problem. I dont know why but for firefox and ie for example, with routing that i've defined was right. But know i've changed something and it's seems to be ok on Chrome too. XoneFobic 2 years ago I'm always on Chrome, loaded fine. Mdpproduction 2 years ago Thanks Xone, maybe it was a simple mistake. Thanks again, forever Laravel. What version of the extension failed to load were you using? Status: NeedInfo Mar 19, 2015 #2 patrick....@gmail.com It was disabled. Don't know version its uninstalled. Why would I still get the error if the software was uninstalled? Is it not really uninstalled? Mar 19, 2015 Project Member #3 jonathan...@google.com It's a duplicate of issue 309. If you don't install Google's chrome cast plugin they will flood your console with this error most notably if you have YouTube videos on the page. I wouldn't expect a fix anytime soon as by not resolving it Google gets the benefit of forcing people to install a plugin for a service they will never use but then in sales reports can say x percent of people are using Chrome Cast. Clients ask why there web site has so many error
when opening DevTools on PHP pages Starred by 56 users Reported by sarmedic...@gmail.com, Oct 17 2014 Back to list Status: Fixed Owner: eustas@chromium.org Closed: Oct 2014 Components: Platform>DevTools NextAction: ---- OS: ---- Pri: 2 Type: Bug Sign in to add a comment UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/38.0.2125.104 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Load a page (seems to require PHP) 2. Press F12/Ctrl+Shift+C 3. Repeat. Error count should increment. What is the expected behavior? DevTools should open cleanly. What went wrong? This has started since I updated to 38.0.2125.104. I don't recall which version I updated from. Did this work before? Except it also appears to affect the interface (a dataTable is partially covered/overflow not accounted for correctly). The error corrects itself when I open F12 and select something in the toolkit. Just starting occurring recently. Comment 3 by zerk...@gmail.com, Oct 20 2014 Processing Yet another note: it's reproducible on http://facebook.com in incognito mode (without any extensions or additional plugins installed) Comment 4 by Deleted ...@, Oct 20 2014 Processing I has this problem recently too. After google a lot, people say it may be related to php session handler. So I did some tests, and found that, when response header has a line called "Cache-Control", like this: > Cache-Control: no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate, post-check=0, pre-check=0 The DevTools will produce this error. And yes, this header wil
