Microsoft Remote Desktop Mac Stuck On Negotiating Credentials
Windows Server > Remote Desktop clients Question 0 Sign in to soulseek socket error vote The remotedesktop client was working fine on my Mac before I upgraded to OSX Maverix. Following failed to read from socket mac rdp the upgrade to OSX, it stopped working. So upgraded to Version 8.0.24308which is the latest available version. At this point, remote-desktop fails in the step "Negotiating Credentials". However, https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3314408?start=0&tstart=0 I'm able to use the CoRD app to remotely connect to the same destination host. Checked the firewall logs on the remote host - these packets are not being blocked. And the fact that other remote-desktop clients to the same destination machine work fine (from my MAC), and that I can connect to the destination host https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/office/en-US/4b0624d7-0b6e-4967-b07c-ada1c9f5a772/failure-negotiating-credentials-from-macosx-for-remotedesktop?forum=winRDc from multiple Windows machines, indicates the settings on the remote machine is fine. Any help with this would be great.
