I created a few buttons with effects and text and because there's no way to test these features within InDesign, I attempted to export a failed to PDF with all of the appropriate settings: Acrobat 6 compatibility, Include Interactive Elements and Embed all Multimedia Content. The result was nothing. No PDF and no error message generated. Generally, I enjoy a good mystery, but this one had me baffled. I'm not going to sit here and profess that this will fix every PDF export, but it worked for me this time and it's certainly an easy enough thing to try. I know what some of you are thinking, though. "I need a tagged PDF" for accessibility or some other purpose so I can't disable that. The bizarre thing about this is that once you toggle it off and get a good PDF, the odds are pretty go
