Jvm.dll Failed To Load
An error message appears and says it couldn't load the Java VM library: C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\client\jvm.dll. The error number is 193. What should I do to make it running? Thank you for your help. Uninstalling it and reinstalling the 64-bit did not fix the problem, but it seems to have no problem with the 32-bit version. This error does not occur when I have Java 1.5 installed instead. What could be the problem? Affects CrashPlan app version 4.4.1 for Windows Diagnosing This issue occurs when there is a mismatch between the version of Java and the version of CrashPlan on your device. For example, you may experience this issue if your device has the 64-bit version of the CrashPlan app and the 32-bit version Java (or vice versa). When you open the CrashPlan app, you may see the error message, "Failed to load Java VM library (errno=193)." Recommended Solution You can correct this issue by downloadingand reinstalling a new version of the CrashPlan app. When you reinstall,CrashPlan installs the correct version of Java if it doesn’t already exist on your device.
