Failed To Get The Crawl Scope Manager Outlook 2013
All of a sudden my outlook 2013(windows 7 pro 64 bit), freezes, then I need failed to get the crawl scope manager with error 0x80070008 to close, open. It happens frequently or at-least once in 2 days. Event-viewer shows the following Event id 34,outlook failed to

But no failed to determine if the store is in the crawl scope outlook 2013 worries, it can be solved by trying below listed remedies like: Open Outlook in “Safe mode”. Outlook in safe mode- Start>Run>Type: outlook.exe /safe Disable addins. They sometimes cause such kind of errors. Disable addins in Outlook: Tools-> Trust center->Addins->Select “COM Add-ins”-> Go->Start disabling all the addins. Repair Outlook: Help->Detect->Repair. Still, if all the above fails, then move to registry location and to do so type "regsvr32 OLE32.DLL"in the run window. Search failed to get the crawl scope manager with error=0x8007043c for all the hidden files and replace the file named extend.dat to extend.old.Else you can try to create a new Outlook profile. But keep one thing in mind, that is if you are connected to exchange then, place the new profile in “not cached mode”.At last but not the least, you can uninstall the Outlook and reinstall the Outlook thus by reinstalling It in a clean mode. Which would be caused by an internet outage.
