Fault (GPF), you should not need to troubleshoot GPF errors unless they are occurring frequently. I was Faxing out of Word. This has happened before, and I have just reloaded WinFax... But this time I had to reboot. And when I did reboot, all I could get was a black screen which said Windows has caused a protection fault, please reboot, and I did but that is all that I could get. So I then tried to reload Windows several times and when I reboot I get this message.....
