a server that is having some issues. IIS wont start, everytime i try and start it i get this error message: Windows could not start the World Wide Web Publishing Service on computername. If this is a non-Microsoft service, contact the service vendor, and refer to service-specific error code -2147221164. I have tried google and didnt come up with much.I also tried connecting to IIS with IIS Manager and it says "This computer is notrunning Internet Information Services version 4 0r higher."
