The problem occurs even when using the PC and especially the recovery from hibernation, preventing the revival of the PC. Could be because: - chassis open (close it), - switch defect (as a workaround, you could short-circuit it, or just unplug it - whichever solution works for you). As another workaround, you can probably disable this switch in BIOS. Additionally, the system time is frozen to the last known shutdown time. CMOS battery is at 3V (New replacement battery).
