I've ran a PC search, nothing came up. And I tried to click "Explore" on the folder that's 'supposed' to contain all how to my downloaded files, but it just takes me to "My Documents" which is wierd, considering that folder is actually in C:/program Files/Frostwire/Shared.I cant find my files, please help btw, I'm using Vista 32-bit if that has anything to do with it, because i don't seem to have this problem when using my desktop, which has windows XP.Frostwire version 4.17.0 Top bownz Member Posts: 7 Joined: Sun Oct 19, 2008 1:06 am Re: Can't Find Downloaded Files Quote cannot open file Postby bownz » Sun Oct 19, 2008 1:38 am http://www.frostwire.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=4644 hasn't helped. I also tried the %homepath% thing, it took me to C:\users\NAME\, that's it, and i searched all the folders on that page, nothing still.I've deleted one of the files I've downloaded, and my free memory increases for my C:\ drive. So, im sure it's saved there, i just don't know where. Ive tried making a new shared folder, downloaded another file, it says it's saved to the new folder, and yet i still can't find it. Your saved folder should NOT be in C:/program Files/Frostwire/Shared, which should contain just the Frostwire program. It should be in C:\Documents & Settings\username\My Documents\Frostwire\Saved Frostwire should have created a folder there containing Saved, incomplete, shared and store purchased (the last should not be there but don't worry about it)Can you go to Tools option saving and check that is the path shown there. This seems to have been a problem for some Vista users (I am not one). Did you alter your folder options when setting Frostwire up.Do you have user account control enabled? see viewtopic.php?p=6988#p6988 Please do not Priv
