I can not change basic blue XP theme (XP style). If I try for example to choose "silver theme", taskbar, start menu and windows remain blue, some details change (appearance and color of fonts, background menus, desktop wallpaper, etc..), but the window and taskbar remain exactly the same - blue. Scroll down to line 187 and in the right-hand column, click on "Restore Luna Theme" to download a zip file. You may have to right click it and left click "Save Target As" or, if using Firefox, "Save link as." Once you have it downloaded, unzip it to the C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes folder. Usually i just restart the computer and settings go back to regular windows vista theme. But when the problem occurs i go into the Theme Settings and try to change it to windows vista theme and i get this error message: Applying Visual Styles Error how to "The visual styles could not be applied. Not enough storage is available to process this command." What can I do to fix this?
