To get rid of this since there are a lot of people seeing this, First, Update the Profile then Update the PRL. I already tried it once and the problem came back the next day. However. I did it again last night and it hasn't happened yet. So we will see. When I click details it says "Cause how to Code: 64" "Error Class:2" What does this mean and how do I get it to go away? I don't think it permanently prevents the text from sending, but it does slow me down. Any help would be appreciated! Do to so, simply dial: # # 72786 # I believe you then need to hit the Menu button, then select Reset. You'll need to enter your MSL, which you can find under Your Devices in your Ting Dashboard. Once the phone reboots it should go through a handsfree activation. One more thing... make sure the phone is not connected to Wifi when doing the carrier reset, and also that you do have cellular data active (and that you're not roaming).
