I am in Hammersmith, West London.Good Luck - Keep us posted. See in Thread ↓#1 PC GEEK May 24, 2012 at 09:00:35 Good question, you could contacting PC Dr. or try searching in their forum: http://www.pc-doctor.com/contact.phpYou could try testing with another free memory testing tool as well like Windows Memory Diagnostic: http://oca.microsoft.com/en/windiag... or MEMTEST http://www.memtest.org/ If you have a Dell System, you can also test with the Dell Diagnostics (via F12 on board diagnostics testing or boot to Dell Diagnostics CD). MOOOOooove! OH and you're welcome! We have a home computer, which my son uses for gaming etc. Yesterday, windows stopped working. When I hit F9, the diagnostics stated it was a RAM problem. Error code-BIOME-1.I opened the tower. It was filled with dust. I cleaned it out.I read on several websites that it could be defective RAM. I took each one out and seated them back. Same error. I also read to remove one at a time, start up the computer and run diagnostics. If I remove any of the RAM, the monitor won't start up.Does anyone have any other suggestions? If the RAM is defective, how can I figure out which RAM stick is damaged/defective?Thanks in advance!!
