How long have you been experiencing this error & trying to reboot? If only a couple of hours, it's possible that you're just having temporary difficulties connecting to the servers that verify your subscription; it may resolve itself in an hour or two. If it's been a day or more, we'll have to wait for other suggestions; I'm just getting back on the Forums after a few years' hiatus, and am a bit rusty! Did you just purchase Norton, and immediately start seeing this problem, or was it working for a while (how long) before you started seeing this? mohammed 2015 Newbie1 Reg: 23-Sep-2015 Posts: 10 Solutions: 0 Kudos: 0 Kudos0 Re: I have issues with Norton please help Posted: 23-Sep-2015 | 7:55AM • Permalink I face this issue last 3 days so I tried to re-installing and work for short time but after I reboot the computer it will give me the error DistEd2 Guru Mobile Master Norton Fighter25 Reg: 11-Aug-2011 Posts: 1,976 Solutions: 82 Kudos: 464 Kudos0 Re: I have issues with Norton please help Posted: 23-Sep-2015 | 8:20AM • Permalink OK--that may give us a clue.
