I saw a post from PSN Support on how to troubleshoot this error. You can try to reboot your PS3. If the error message shows up again, go to "Safe Mode" and then select "Restore File System." If this continues, go to "Safe Mode" again then select "Restore PS3 System." But before you do this, you should make sure that you have all your files backed up because this will delete all your data in your PS3. I hope this works for you. blackrose0125 Level 16 Likes: 45 Posts: 377 Registered: 10-10-2013 06-24-2014 03:08 PM 0 Likes Reply Message 4 of 3 (147 Views) All Forum Topics Previous Topic Next Topic Activision Legal | Term

Most likely something wrong with decoding the video or something. For example, I sometimes get a corrupt data when viewing stuff from my media server. It's really nothing wrong with the PS3, just somewhat of an incompatibility and a nuisance. You're experiencing the same crap that everyone does. No worries. alex131, Mar 12, 2008 #2 dj_3sixty Member Joined: Mar 4, 2008 Messages: 15 Likes Received: 0 Trophy Points: 11 i understand what ur saying, but how come... i tryed to play it off the disc, after a while i got curropted data. i tried copying it from the dis to the ps3 hdd, 33%, go the error code. i put the disc into my computer and used a media server to copy the file to my ps3 hdd, all worked fine and watched the film with no problems! this says to me a read error with the drive. i tried a few other too and didnt get any troubleswith them, just one of my older films and the latest i have done! pain in the arse! dj_3sixty, Mar 13, 2008 #3 alex131
