Error Code 2120 as I just found out myself is typically related to a broken shortcut. Just delete your shortcut. Go to Program Files (or Program Files (x86)\Rosetta Stone\Rosetta Stone Version 3. Now create a new shortcut from the executable that should be there called RosettaStoneVersion3.exe, and place that shortcut on your desktop.
