I have over 2 years of archived emails that I cannot access due to this error and this seems like a long standing support issue that has not been resolved and it is rather frustrating to archive religiously only to receive that error and lose everything. What I have done was to close the client. rename names.nsf to names.old delete bookmarks.nsf rename desktop8.dsk to desktop8.old make a copy of the notes.ini. Edit the notes.ini (delete everything but the first 5 lines) and then start the client again. It will recreate the names.nsf, desktop8.dsk and bookmarks Wayde Eri
