Currently, the best available emulator for this is JPCSP. Stuff to know before you start reading (2012 06 28): I stopped paying attention to PSP emulation quite a while ago, and therefore haven't updated this guide in months. For computers with complicated setup like having a graphic card, you need to update your drivers. You can use the free version of Gamebooster to update your drivers. Get it before June while it still lasts. how to Download the following: The latest version of JPCSP Windows 32-bit. Sonic Stage OpenMG Install Sonic Stage and OpenMG Extract their zips using winrar or winzip or 7zip or peazip at any location and install them. Installing and Setting up JPCSP Extract your JPCSP to your Hard Disk Drive with the largest free space using winrar or winzip or 7zip or peazip. Open the extracted folder and look for "start-windows-x86.bat" and double click it. A black screen jpcsp load umd should appear, be patient and wait for the JPCSP dialogue to appear. The JPCSP website also includes a forum for the JPCSP emulator so if you are having trouble with a particular game you should be able to find help here. Although the community is small at this point - there have been consistent posts to the forum, and most days see some activity. Also check the forum for an up-to-date list of compatible games - they have forum sections for playable games, 'half' playable games, games that get to the Intro screen, games that are loa
