Is this somehow connected to the problem?UpdateCancelAnswer Wiki1 Answer Rudolf Olah, Software DeveloperWritten 274w agoSomeone has apparently found a solution that works, I tested it myself: http://www.pcreview.co.uk/forums...The solution is to simply run the diagnostic check from the Office menu. Go to Office > Word Options > Resources > Run Microsoft office diagnostics. I think this has to do with the file being locked and the diagnostics fix the file lock.2.1k ViewsView More AnswersRelated QuestionsHow do I insert a quadrilateral symbol in Microsoft Word 2007?I cannot configure my Outlook 2007.
