Novice Replies: 0 2 years ago topic Hi Sonos I am continually getting an 1002 error when trying to play music via Napster either on our phones (1 x android and 1 x i-Phone). This seems to be sometimes device dependent i.e. it works in one room but not the other and sometimes common aver all my components. I have made an error log today via the desktop application, the code is 3354692. Streaming music from my phone and PC is always reliable, its just Napster. Going direct to Napster is fine, every time. I have rebooted the router many times, re-installed the software and replaced the cables - no difference. The system worked faultlessly for 1 year and when it works it is one of the best products I have ever used. I am surely one of your biggest advocates. Please help me back to full functionality so I can boast loudly again. Many thanks, Ben like this 0 Quote Replies Ryan S You can see here how much reputation Ryan S has received from other members. It looks like the Kitchen unit is getting the wrong nameserver (DNS) from your network but the others are getting the right one. Usually this is due to interference or network latency. I'd also recommend checking that your wireless router isn't set to change channel automatically. You have your Sonos system on channel 1, so it'd be best to have your router on 6 or 11. If you're still having trouble, can you submit a diagnostic after getting an error message and let me know the number and which room(s) you were tryi
