many times before. tried two new cartidges and even tried putting old cartridge back in. same message every time no matter turning machine off/on, in/out, etc. help. After reading numerous messages, I did try to clean the contacts but it did not help. Somewhere in one of the messages was a comment about the contacts being movable. I checked mine, and they are movable. Also noticed that one of the contacts did not stick out as far as the others. I gently teased that contact with a probe until it came out into proper allignment with the rest of the contacts. The message went away and the printer now works.
