This is specific to Word 2010 and our Xerox Phaser printers; other printers are fine, PowerPoint and Adobe Reader are fine, if you save the Word document as a PDF file, then that also prints. Any suggestions? Send PM 7th October 2011,01:23 PM #2 SYNACK Join Date Oct 2007 Posts 11,219 Thank Post 889 Thanked 2,757 Times in 2,326 Posts Blog Entries11

You may need them to wipe the config first before the upgrade though as that was a big stumbling block on our gear. On comparing two printers, the driver is the same, the firmware is the same and all settings on the server are the same. What am I missing? Send
