BTW, the printer is an HP PSC 1350 All-in-One.Then, about a week later, I started receiving the "check print cartridge" error. It said to remove and reinstall the print cartridges. I did that, to no avail. I've hp psc unplugged the printer's power cable and reinstalled drivers as well.What could possibly be wrong? Does it have to do with having the cartridges refilled at Cartridge World? My HP PSC 1350 all-in-one ran out of ink. I got replacements from cartridge world and it worked fine for a couple of days. Then it said check print cartridge. I called cartridge world and they told me how to clean the cartridge head. I did that but it didn't work. So cartridge world replaced the cartridges.
