Now upon installing the new ink cartridge- like I have done for the past 5 years nearly, I get the message "Cartridge error" and it says there is a problem with the black cartridge. The cartridge is no.56 HP genuine blank cartridge and for some reason when I put it in it just comes up with the error on trying to print and the 'Check Print Cartridge' light keeps flashing and the 'Number of copies' comes up with E (E for error) on the printer itself. http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/g...name=c00094661 This link is to the exact problem I have. I have cleaned the cartridges and followed that guide, yet nothing works. I have contacted HP and all they say is to ring- which I will do, however I was wondering if anyone could help me first?
