The printer shows a message: ERROR, right cartridge incorrect. So I got another cartridge and the same message appeared. I turn it off an on againt, trying to reset the printer and still showing the same message. I do not know how to correct this message and keep using my printer. Submitted: 4 years ago. My name is Robert Preston and I will be assisting you with your problem today.Most likely this is a print head issue. The print head is what the cartridges sit in inside of the printer.
