Question 0 Sign in to vote Hi there Issue just arised at our workplace. Users are unable to get to webpages which require a login https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/245142 using Internet Explorer 9. The websites which I tried includes outlook.com, hotmail.com, gmail.com If anyone could help with steps to trouble shoot, I would really really appreciate it. I did get the users to do the standard, restart, and also tried using different accounts and different computers, and still same problem with https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/ie/en-US/ed5be768-b6e0-439a-958b-4e39f09395c8/http-403-only-in-internet-explorer-9-same-error-not-with-firefox-or-chrome?forum=ieitprocurrentver IE, but the other browsers no problems.
