Doing a little bit of research on some forum threads indicates that you need to either disable hardware accelerated rendering in Internet Explorer 9, or disable stereoscopic 3D in the NVidia drivers. I'm guessing that in your instance, it's definitely something to do with hardware acceleration. In event Viewer I notice there are 2 error creating each crash. Switch to the Advanced tab. Click the Reset Internet Explorer Settings button. Click Reset to confirm the operation. Click Close when the resetting process finished. Uncheck Enable third-party browser extensions. Click Apply, click OK.
