When I tried to turn it on again afterwards, I couldn't do so for about 5 to 10 minutes. I was able to do so after that, but my Internet Explorer keeps on generating the error message "IE has stopped working and needs to be closed", but when I press cancel on that message the window continues to work. I scanned my computer using Kapersky but nothing abnormal was detected. Then I downloaded Malwarebytes and did a scan, and some malware were detected. Subsequently when I restarted my laptop my IE hangs even more frequently and my Media Player became muted when I play music.
