My guess is that the page has not finished rendering when IE10 executes the window.print() call. You can therefore get around this issue by: Calling window.close() within a hover event on the page. DonS Expand Collapse Active Member Likes Received: 49 Location: Phoenix, AZ I have a clients computer that has me a bit stumped at the moment. The printer attached is a Dell MFP. It has no problems printing, unless you are printing from IE. When you attempt to do so, the above error box comes up. steps taken: 1) Rolled back IE from 11 to 10. No change. 2) Installed latest printer drivers. No change 3) Installed Chrome. Prints without issue from Chrome. 4) Ran IE as Admin. No change 5) Ran IE without add ons. No change. Any suggestions or thoughts on this would be most welcome. Thanks! #1 DonS, Feb 18, 2014 AndyM Expand Collapse Well-Known Member Likes Received: 278 Location: Peterborough, UK What are you trying to print? Plain HTML page, embedded documents?
