Also, you could test if this issue happens to both Internet Explorer 32-bit and Internet Explorer 64-bit. If both failed to print, try to reinstall https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/ie/en-US/4b87e9fd-6092-49f4-9fc1-95173381963d/when-printing-from-ie9-get-script-error-2053?forum=ieitprocurrentver Internet Explorer 9 to check the result. Printer is connected to my desktop computer and sharing is turned on. The Acer notebook does successfully print from other applications (i.e., Microsoft Word), so this problem only occurs when trying to print in IE from a webpage. I did check for any Lexmark driver updates.thanks,Larry EnnsXXX-XXX-XXXX [emailprotected] internet explorer 9 Share this conversation Expert: Barun replied4 years ago. Hi, and thanks for using JustAnswer.Add this page to your Favorites/Bookmarks first, so as to get back to me anytime later on, if needed.First off, please go to Start > Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a Program > click 'View installed updates' (at the left), then look for and remove 'Windows Internet Explorer 9'. Done that, restart your computer in order to roll back to IE8, and let me know if this resolves your issue with printing using the browser. If the issue still persists, or if IE9 is not listed, let's try resetting your browser as well. Please go to to Start > Control Panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options. Click on the Advanced tab; do you see a Reset button present? If so, click on that, then click on Reset one more time in the confirmation prompt that comes up. Restart IE thereafter, and check if this resolves your issue all right.Regards Barun and 7 other Computer Specialists are ready to help you Ask your own question now Customer: replied4 years ago.
