Here’s how to check for the problem: Start Here Close any open Internet Explorer windows Click the Start button Mouse over All Programs, then click Accessories Click System Tools, then open Internet Explorer (No Add-ons) In the browser window that appears, go to www.box.com If you’re able to navigate the site normally in this window, one or more of your browser add-ons are conflicting with Box. Close Internet Explorer. In this case, you’ll need to identify the add-on(s) causing the conflict. Here’s how: For Internet Explorer 11 Click the Start button and type Internet Explorer into the search box. In the list of results, click Internet Explorer to launch the browser. Click on Gear Icon located on the top right corner. Click on Manage add-ons. Under toolbars and extensions, select the add-on you want to test for issues, click Disable, and click Close. Click the refresh icon in Internet Explorer or press the F5 key to reload www.box.com. Then, verify that the issue is resolved. Repeat step 4 and 5 for every ad

I see it (that message) on the status bar on many of the web pages I visit. Here is a copy of that error message (details) when viewing this website: Webpage error details User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 5.1; Trident/4.0; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.4506.2152; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET4.0C) Timestamp: Tue, 19 Mar 2013 12:43:18 UTC Message: Object doesn't support this property or method Line: 4 Char: 78 Code: 0 URI: http://www.facebook.com/plugins/lik...alse&send=false&extended_social_context=false Message: Object doesn't support this property or method Line: 7 Char: 520 Code: 0 URI: http://www.facebook.com/plugins/lik...alse&send=false&extended_social_context=false Oh my, that appears alot longer than what I actually see! But I did a copy/paste from that error triangle I use windows xp & IE8 when receiving this message. I had often wondered if that what is causing my "not responding" issues I have? I notice many websites use the facebook "like" button. Can anyone shed any light on this? Thanks! ~Vicki Vicki, #1 2013/03/19 Lifetime Subscription Mitc
