Elaina920 Feb 21, 2012 11:14 http://www.techspot.com/community/topics/missing-eula-exe-error-on-internet.121673/ AM Dear friends, and those who understand better than I. I have been working on this situation for over a week. I cannot open pdf from the browser. I tried the "patch " as discussed in a different forum, but still only get the link to open in a seperate white blank page. Any ideas? I dont mind going back to https://forums.adobe.com/thread/965792 an older version other than 10.1.2. I just dont know how to do that either, as I have not had to work this in depth with any software for years. I have the same question Show 0 Likes(0) 11849Views Tags: none (add) This content has been marked as final. Show 8 replies 1. Re: Cannot open pdf with IE/ windows 7. Ankit_Jain Feb 23, 2012 3:29 AM (in response to Elaina920) Could you please elaborate as to what is the behavior observed when you open a PDF in the browser? Are you getting a grey page or a white page or some error? Also, would it be possible to let me know the following:1. Whether the "Display PDF in browser" option (Present in Edit > Preferences > Internet panel from within Adobe Reader) is checked or not?2. Any URL you could provide to the said PDF? I thought it was something related to CCleaner (cos whenever I use it, something or the other gets mysteriously disabled) I went to Adobe Reader, and it said ‘Installing…' After that I restarted Chrome, and it showed the License Agreement, so I clicked ‘Accept' on both (Adobe Reader and the website) and I refreshed again, and the webpage loaded with the pdf. Thanks a LOT nik toff says: 10 January 201112:00 pm Thank you!
