on a clients computer that was recently upgraded from 8.0 to 8.1 running IE 11. The workaround posted by Lmckenney worked fine, there was no default printer selected. Please follow the progress of this bug there. Also thank you for updating us about the default printer not being set we have added that to our investigation notes. Somehow, after the upgrade, I no longer had a printer set as default. By going to Devices and Printers and select
