I am using IE 7.0. When I attempt to print an email, I gets a internet explorer script error, it says:Line : 2021Char: 1Error: Unspecified errorURL res://iefame.dll/preview.dlgIt then says do you want to continue running scripts on this page? yes or noClicking yes or no gets rid of the message, but the email does not print. TECHNOLOGY IN THIS DISCUSSION Join the Community! Creating your account only takes a few minutes. Join Now I am finishing up setting up our new Server 2008 R2 Terminal Servers (or Remote Desktop Session Hosts if you prefer) and I am having some trouble with printing emails from Outlook. The printers are published from a print server via per Computer GPO. We have Dells, HPs, Richios, all sorts of brands and they all give internet explorer the same error when trying to print an email from Outlook: res://ieframe.dll /preview.js When I searched Google I got a lot of hits on people getting that script error when trying to print from Internet Explorer but I can print fine from IE, just not emails. Most of the solutions involved registering these dll's, so I tried that as well: regsvr32 ole32.dll regsvr32 oleaut32.dll regsvr32 actxprxy.dll and I have tried different print drivers as well, but nothing has worked. The internet explorer script odd thing is, it will print just fine from a printer that is redirected from the client, but none that are published from the print server. This is one of the last things holding me back from putting our new TS's into production and it's really frustrating! Any help/advice would be great! If I check the option "Read all standard mail in plain text" I can print. This isn't a permanent solution by any means but at least we can print out of Outlook now. 0 Jalapeno OP Best Answer nathan.muleski Aug 31, 2011 at 2:22 UTC We had to uninstall IE 9 to get emails to print in HTML. So we are using IE 8 for now. 0 This discussion has been inactive for over a year. You may get a better answer to your question by starting a new discussion.
