Join Now I am finishing up setting up our new Server 2008 R2 Terminal Servers (or Remote Desktop Session Hosts if you prefer) and I am having some trouble with printing emails from Outlook. The printers are https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2652062 published from a print server via per Computer GPO. We have Dells, HPs, Richios, all sorts of brands and they all give the same error when trying to print an email from Outlook: res://ieframe.dll /preview.js When I searched Google I got a lot of hits on people getting that script error when trying to print from Internet Explorer but I can print fine from IE, just not emails. Most of the solutions involved registering these dll's, so I tried that as well: regsvr32 ole32.dll https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/153189-cannot-print-emails-from-outlook-getting-a-script-error regsvr32 oleaut32.dll regsvr32 actxprxy.dll and I have tried different print drivers as well, but nothing has worked. The odd thing is, it will print just fine from a printer that is redirected from the client, but none that are published from the print server. This is one of the last things holding me back from putting our new TS's into production and it's really frustrating! Any help/advice would be great! If I check the option "Read all standard mail in plain text" I can print. This isn't a permanent solution by any means but at least we can print out of Outlook now. 0 Jalapeno OP Best Answer nathan.muleski Aug 31, 2011 at 2:22 UTC We had to uninstall IE 9 to get emails to print in HTML. So we are using IE 8 for now. 0 This discussion has been inactive for over a year. You may get a better answer to your question by starting a new discussion. A shame, because I really like the look of IE internet explorer 9, and especially the feature where you can separate tabs to view side by side on the screen. But I absolutely could not print any page at all from the web. Print preview was fine, printer software comes up, wait 10 seconds, then Script Error, Error 2107. I have seen many, many posts about this same error, but the suggested fixes never work and I tried every single error when printing one of them. Is this a known error with IE 9, or do we need to wait for new drivers? I am using: Win 7 32 bit HP Officejet 6500n wireless all in one printer Thanks! tgrover54, May 17, 2011 #1 Sponsor Phantom010 Trusted Advisor Joined: Mar 9, 2009 Messages: 34,572 Open IE. Click Tools > Internet Options > Advanced. Click to select the Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer) and Disable script debugging (Other) check boxes, and then click to clear the Display a notification about every script error check box. By default, IE has the opposite settings for script debugging. Upgrading to IE9 may be resetting them to default. I'll let you know! tgrover54, May 17, 2011 #3 tgrover54 Thread Starter Joined: Jul 28, 2010 Messages: 158 Nope. Too bad, because I really like IE 9. Open a command prompt and type regsvr32 ole32.dll If those don't work, I'm seeing that you can also register the following files to fix this issue: regsvr32 oleaut32.dll regsvr32 actxprxy.dll Source share|improve this answer answered Jan 19 '11 at 18:33 th3dude 8,32663661 add a comment| up vote 0 down vote The HTML page in the website contains a reference to a missing file, preview.js.
