regarding default search provider Internet Explorer > Internet Explorer 8, 9, internet explorer search provider registry 10, 11 Question 0 Sign in to vote When I open Internet Explorer, a message comes up: "a search provider internet explorer 11 program on your computer has corrupted your default search provider setting for Internet Explorer". Then it is followed by options on picking my primary search provider. I tried to http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/ie/forum/ie8-windows_other/search-provider-default-error-comes-up-each-time-i/b7441cc3-3500-4910-9380-9fb238987b69 choose my options, but it does not accept and I am totally annoyedwith having to close the two windows each and every time I open Internet Exployer. I have Microsoft security, but it wormed into my computer anyhow. How do I get rid of this? Please say so, Otherwise click on the gear symbol on the top right if you have ie9, And click on manage addons, Click on search providers and click on bing and click on set as default, You can also click on the down arrow next to (show) on the bottom left and click on show all, Review this list and or post your findings here, because we have no idea what your referring to (it) ?
