Now, this option may help to prevent "online attacks" https://www.windowsforum.org/topic/49502-this-tab-has-been-recovered-message/ but it sure causes way too many crashes to be worth having it enabled. Here's how to disable it. Open Internet Explorer. Click Tools. Click Internet Options. Click internet explorer the Advanced Tab. Scroll almost to the bottom (it's under security). Find the option "Enable memory protection to help mitigate online attacks" and uncheck it. Click Apply and then Click OK. Restart IE and then load the site that was crashing the tab in IE.
