What that probably means for you is https://forums.techguy.org/threads/unknown-zone.306699/ that a setting in IE is preventing the new page from loading. Maybe a pop up blocker or other security setting is preventing the new page from opening. Some user never report this problem, for others it appears internet explorer unknown consistent. These machines should be all setup the same. We access the SSRS reports with a url like http://test-intranet.example.com. Have checked the security settings on the IE and that should consider all *.example.com pages as local intranet. Very annoying this issue, anybody having a clue what component doesn't play well here ? internet-explorer reporting-services kerberos security-zone share|improve this question edited May 13 '15 at 17:55 Sébastien Sevrin 3,40111131 asked Oct 30 '09 at 10:11 nojetlag 4151923 add a comment| 2 Answers 2 active oldest votes up vote 0 down vote In the IE connection settings do all of your machines ignore local proxy server for the address you mentioned. Assuming it's internal, and assuming you have a proxy, then there should be no need going to the proxy for internal addresses. share|improve this answer answered Oct 30 '09 at 16:11 BIDeveloper 1,69722548 These settings are given to all clients through policies and they are set up that all urls that end with xxx.com are excluded
