I previously subcribed to MSN thru Qwest however had to change a year ago and now have a MSN Premium economy account. I https://www.techsupportall.com/how-to-fix-internet-explorer-has-stopped-working/ actually talked to the MSN troubleshooting specialists a few times this last weekendon the phone but was recently told I could no longer do this since I have an economy account. They were very helpful, however the problem is still not resolved. The problem has been that once I am signed in and go to access my email, the window pops up after a couple minutes saying 'MSN has stopped working. A problem caused http://answers.msn.com/thread.aspx?postid=e5d18c29-25b9-4472-9d69-e70838f99514 the program to stop working currently. The specialists said this was most likely due to the 34 GB of stored messages I had, mainly in my STORED and SENT folders on my hard drive. They un-installed and re-installed MSN and also created a back-up file of all my emails. I was also told that the problem was due to Internet Explorer and that needed to be corrected before MSN would work properly. I contacted Microsoft also and the problem has still not ben resolved. After MSN was re-installed and the emails restored (took 8 to 10 hours) I was able to log-in and access my emails for 1 to 2 minutes (multple times over a 2 hour period) and I deleted all unecessay emails until I reduced the overall file size to 22MB. The more emails I deleted, the longer I was able to work in MSN before it would shut down (maybe after 4 minutes or so). I never re-installed the emails from the back-up file since they were all in the same folders after MSN was re-installed. Even though the email file size has been reduced, I am still having the same problem. I find it interesting that I can log into
