crashing with fault in MSVCR90.dll Windows 7 IT Pro > internet explorer exception code c0000005 Windows 7 Miscellaneous Question 0 Sign in to vote Almost every other time I open explorer it crashes. Is there a set of instructions someplace for tracing the cause? Having said that, the problem has not recurred since removing TfsShellExt, so it may have been the cause. Idk how to really use the log entry to my advantage, such as knowing what to do when finding out which module is failing. That runs almost daily and everything has been checking out fine. I didn't hear anything from the end user yesterday so I am hoping that is good.
