This leads me to believe that the issue might be caused by a client computer which is using a same IP address as Windows Server 2003. You can verify it by the following steps: 1. Shutdown your Windows Server 2003. (Or temporarily disable all network adapters on Server) 2. Ping the conflict IP address (192.168.0.1), if it responds, then *some* other machine in your network is using the same IP address.
