After updating my Iphone 3gs to IOS thefirmwareumbrella 5, I recieved a message An error occurred while restoring this iPhone (-20). tiny umbrella In addition to this message, itunes also displayed "iTunes could not restore the iphone "My Name" because the backup was corrupt or not compatible with the iPhone that is being restored.My backup was done as I updated to IOS 5. My iPhone did install the new software, but wipped everything, including my contacts, phone numbers...I've tried to restore the backup several times but keep getting this message.
