ONE user is having an intermittent scan issue. Several times during the day, this one user will get a 1101 scan error code. Wait a couple minutes, and the scan works fine. No other users have reported having this problem This issue only started about a week or so ago. Any ideas anyone? I have verified that they are correct. I have also compared the Address Book entry to the entries of those users that are not having a problem. I see nothing incorrect.
