Please look at the TROUBLESHOOTING section in the README file that comes with my module. It looks like qmake wasn't able to find it. The only thing I've had to do is to add -I/usr/include/db4.8 at the end of the INCPATH in the Makefile generated by qmake. Hope this helps someone else. This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or is only available from another source E: Package 'libdb4.8++-dev' has no installation candidate NOTE: libdb4.8-dev and all other dependencies are already installed.
