down vote favorite 1 I am using Ubuntu 12.04. I get errors while cross-compiling OpenCV for Arm A8. I succeeded to build in ios simulator, but I didn't succeed to build in my iPod Touch. Finally, I found that I was using libraries for simulator (i386). I've libavformat53 installed on my m/c.
