This can have various reasons - changed OID, network connection problems, etc. As a first step, please use our SNMP Tester to check if you can properly connect to your device. With this tool, check prtg snmp tester if you can "Read Device Uptime" and if there are any results when you "Scan Available Standard Interfaces". For more information about SNMP Tester, please see How can I test the functionality of my SNMP device? In addition, please see the article My SNMP sensors don’t work. What can I do? Do you have other idea. Best Regards. Interestingly other APC devices did not need the MIB to be imported, to reference the OID. Add comment Created on Sep 24, 2010 4:40:42 AM by Chi Leng Aw (0)

In PRTG, I'm getting SNMP error #2, but https://kb.paessler.com/en/topic/3933-custom-oid-problem-no-such-name-error-2 the sensors were working fine a couple of days ago. There has been no change to either PRTG og the server it self. Does anyone have any idea how I can get rid of this error, so the sensors can show normal again? I've tried: stop/start sensors Pause/unpause sensors stop/start IBM Director services + SNMP service Reconfigured the SNMP service Rebooted the server Tried re-adding https://kb.paessler.com/en/topic/59962-no-such-name-snmp-error-2 the sensors (I can't, because PRTG reports error #2) Check this screenshot. Please notice that 4 of my hardware sensors are working, but only sensors associated with DISK are not working. http://i.imgur.com/DzbDunk.png ibm-system-x prtg sensors snmp-sensor windows-2008-r2-sp1 Created on Feb 26, 2014 12:46:43 PM by Annfinn Thomsen (0) ●1 Last change on Sep 9, 2016 8:31:15 AM by Luciano Lingnau [Paessler Support] Permalink 8 Replies Votes:0 Your Vote: Up Down If you add the sensors anew, without deleting the existing ones, do the newly added sensors return values?
