Canon support knows this is related to 10.6.7 seems to be some error converting postscript files to raster image. In the canon advanced print settings I can uncheck the "fast graphics process" box and all elements of the file are print. Unfortunately doing this causes the entire image to shift on the page considerably. Right now I am sending files to a laptop that has 10.6.6 and still prints fine so I can function.
